John Legend and Chrissy Teigen welcome baby number 4, a boy born via surrogate

LOS ANGELES (AP) — John Legend and Chrissy Teigen welcome their fourth child, Wren Alexander Stephens.

The child was born on June 19 via a surrogate. The couple announced their arrival on Instagram on Wednesday.

He wrote of his surrogate, “We want to say thank you for this incredible gift you have given us, Alexandra.” “And we are so happy to tell the world that he is here, with a name linked to you forever.”

Teigen, “Cravings” cookbook author and legend, EGOT winner, said: “Our hearts and our homes are, officially, full.”

Teigen, 37, gave birth to a girl, Estee, on January 13. She and the 44-year-old legend have two grown children, 7-year-old Luna and 5-year-old Miles. He was briefly pregnant with the surrogate, who describes the joy of knowing her.

“For as far back as I can remember, I’ve always wanted four kids,” Teigen said.
