Beloved game show host Pat Sajak enters wheel of Fortune Sunset, his replacement has been announced.
Ryan Seacrest – a Hollywood staple on the red carpet and behind the mic – will be the next host to take control of the famed wheel.
Sajak, 76, announced his retirement earlier this month after spending 40 years on the syndicated game show.
Sajak tweeted, “Well, the time has come.” “I have decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last,
“It has been an amazing journey, and I will have much more to say in the months to come. Many thanks to all of you. (If nothing else, it will keep clickbait sites busy!)”
Seacrest will take over in the 2024-25 season.

In a statement to People magazine, Suzanne Prete, executive vice president of game shows at Sony Pictures Television, said that Sajak would remain as a consultant for a three-year term. wheel of Fortune,
